Tuna Salad

  • 1 C. chopped Celery
  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 1 tsp. Grated Onion
  • 1 small can Peas (or frozen peas)
  • 1 C. Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Shoestring Potatoes

Combine and add shoestring potatoes just before serving.

Grandma also cooked ‘ring’ or ‘shell’ pasta and added it to the salad.

Serve chilled on a leaf or two of lettuce, a dollop of mayonnaise, and paprika sprinkled on top.
