Grandma’s Mandarin Orange Salad

  • 2 packages Lemon Jello
  • 2 cans Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 envelope Knox Gelatin
  • 1 pint Orange Sherbet

Heat juice from mandarin oranges, plus enough water to make 2 1/2 cups liquid. Add this to softened gelatin and jello. Mix as usual. Let cool to syrupy stage. Fold in sherbet and oranges. Pour into mold and refrigerate about 2 hours.

May add marshmallows if desired. Grandma rarely put sherbet in this salad.
