- 1 C. chopped Celery
- 2 cans Tuna
- 1 tsp. Grated Onion
- 1 small can Peas (or frozen peas)
- 1 C. Mayonnaise
- 1 can Shoestring Potatoes
Combine and add shoestring potatoes just before serving.
Grandma also cooked ‘ring’ or ‘shell’ pasta and added it to the salad.
Serve chilled on a leaf or two of lettuce, a dollop of mayonnaise, and paprika sprinkled on top.
