Raspberry Shrub (Mrs. Anderson)

  • 4 Packages (10 ounces each) Frozen Raspberries, Thawed
  • 1 Can (6 ounces) Frozen Lemonade, Thawed
  • 2 Quarts Sparkling Water

Cook raspberries for 10 minutes, strain, then cool. Add lemonade concentrate and sparkling water. Serve immediately with crushed ice.

All ingredients except for sparkling water may be mixed ahead of time. 1 quart of sparkling water may be substituted with water.
