2 Crusts
- 1 1/2 C. Flour
- 1/2 C. Lard
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 5-6 tbsp. Water or Milk
Filling
- 1 C. Sugar
- Sliced Apples – tart apples are best
- Butter
Fill pie crust with sliced apples. Top with small chunks of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
