- 1 C. Uncooked Rice
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
- 3 Potatoes, sliced
- Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper
- 1 can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce mixed with 3/4 C. Water
- 1/2 C. Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 C. Finely Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 lb. Uncooked Ground Meat
- Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper
- 1 Can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce mixed with 1/2 can Water
No precooking – just put in layers in the order above. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
