Mixed Vegetable Hot Dish

  • 1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 C. Diced Celery
  • 2 C. Mushroom Soup
  • 1 C. Chicken Rice Soup
  • 1 C. Mixed Vegetables, with juice
  • 2 C. Chow Mein Noodles
  • 4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 can (4 oz.) Mushrooms, with juice

Brown meat. Sauté onion and celery, then add to meat. Combine soups, vegetables, mushrooms, noodles, and soy sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
