Grandma’s Macaroni Hot Dish

  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • 2 C. Creamettes
  • 1 4 oz. can Mushrooms (optional)

Brown ground meat. Sauté onion, celery, and mushrooms. Add to meat with seasonings. Cook until meat is tender. Boil creamettes for 8 minutes and add to meat. Add mushrooms. Bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
