Pork Roast

  • 4 -5 lb. Pork Loin Roast
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

Place pork roast fat side up in a shallow roasting pan. Combine seasonings and rub onto roast. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours (to 165 degrees).

Glaze

  • 1/2 C. Apple Jelly
  • 1 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1/2 C. Catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

Combine in saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer 2 minutes. Brush roast with glaze and top with crushed corn chips for the last 10 to 15 minutes of cooking.

Let roast stand for at least 10 minutes.
