- 1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 C. Diced Celery
- 2 C. Mushroom Soup
- 1 C. Chicken Rice Soup
- 1 C. Mixed Vegetables, with juice
- 2 C. Chow Mein Noodles
- 4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 can (4 oz.) Mushrooms, with juice
Brown meat. Sauté onion and celery, then add to meat. Combine soups, vegetables, mushrooms, noodles, and soy sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
