- 1 large can Evaporated Milk
- 4 1/2 C. Sugar
- 10 small plan Hershey’s Bars
- 2 packages Chocolate Chips
- 1 jar Marshmallow Cream
Boil the evaporated milk and sugar, quite hard, stirring often. Place remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour the hot mixture over. Stir until melted. Add nuts if desired. Spread in a cake pan and allow to harden.
