- 2 packages Strawberry Jello
- 1 large box Frozen Strawberries
- 2 large ripe Bananas
- 2 C. Boiling Water
- 1 no. 2 can Crushed Pineapple, drained
- Sour Cream
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add thawed strawberries, pineapple, and bananas (bananas should be mashed and whipped with beater). Include juices. Pour half into a 9″ x 13″ cake pan or molds. Chill until set. Keep remainder at room temperature. Spread half carton over the top of the congealed layer. Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream and set til firm. Top with. whipped cream or mayonnaise if you wish.
