Danish Puffs

  • 1/2 C. Butter
  • 1 C. Sifted Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Water

Mix like pie crust. Place on cookie sheet in 2 3″ x 12″ pieces.

  • 1/2 C. Butter
  • 1 C. Boiling Water
  • 1 C. Flour
  • 3 Eggs, one at a time
  • 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour, eggs, and flavoring. Beat well and spread on crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frost with powdered sugar frosting and chopped nuts as soon as out of the oven.
