- 1 Pkg. Orange Jello (4 servings) – Note: Use Raspberry or Lime at Christmas time
- 1 Pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe II White Cake Mix
Dissolve Jello in 3/4 C. boiling water and set aside. Mix and bake cake as directed in 9″ x 13″ cake pan. Cool cake for 20-25 minutes. Poke holes into top of cake, spacing about 1/2 inch apart. Pour Jello into holes. Refrigerate cake.
Topping:
- 1 Pkg. Whipped Topping Mix (2 to 2 1/2 C.) or Cool Whip
- 1 Pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding (4 servings)
- 1 1/2 C. Cold Milk
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
Blend pudding, milk, and vanilla. Fold in cream and beat 3 to 8 minutes until stiff. Frost cake. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
