Tuna Noodle Casserole

  • 1 medium package Egg Noodles
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1/4 C. Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 can Rich Milk
  • 1/2 C. Frozen Peas
  • 1 small can Mushrooms
  • 1 can (6 1/4 oz.) Cashew Nuts
  • 1 C. Velveta Cheese, cubed

Par boil the noodles. Mix together other ingredients, then add to noodles. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Crush Frosted Flakes or potato chips for topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. Season to taste.
