- 1 C. Onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. Celery, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp. Margarine
- 1 can (1 lb.) Pork and Beans in Tomato Soup
- 1 can (1 lb.) Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 packages (10 oz.) frozen Lima Beans, thawed and drained
- 1/2 C. Catsup
- 1 tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 1.2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic
- 1 1/2 C. Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese, divided
Sauté onion and celery in margarine. Mix all ingredients with 1 cup of the cheese. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Let stand 5 minutes until cheese melts.
