Baked Beans

  • 1 1/2 C. Navy Beans

Simmer on top of stove in 3 times the amount of water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Drain.

  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 C. Catsup
  • 1 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 C. Water
  • 2 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 1/4 lb. Salt Pork

Combine in a crockpot and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours, or high for 5 to 6 hours. Stir occasionally.
