Strawberry Dessert

Crust

  • 2 C. Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 C. Butter, melted
  • 3 Tbs. Powdered Sugar

Combine and pour into 9″ x 13″ cake pan, press down.

Cheese Filling

  • 1 Pint Whipping Cream, beaten
  • 1/2 to 3/4 C. Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 C. Miniature Marshmallows

Combine whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla, then mix in cheese/marshmallow mixture. Pour over crust.

Topping

  • 1 to 2 packages Frozen Strawberries, thawed
  • 2 packages Danish Dessert, strawberry (Jello?)

Cook according to package directions using drained strawberry juice and water equal to 4 C. liquid. Cool and add drained strawberries.

When partially set, pour on top of cheese filling. Top with whipped cream.
