Green Goddess Dessert

Crust

  • 1 C. Flour
  • 1/2 C. Margarine, melted
  • 1/2 C. Nuts, chopped

Mix with fork and press into 9″ x 13″ cake pan. Bake 15 minutes and 350 degrees. Cool.

Cheese Layer

  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 C. Powered Sugar
  • 1 C. Cool Whip

Combine and spread over cooled crust.

Pudding Layer

  • 2 packages Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 3 C. Cold Milk
  • 1/2 C. Pistachio, chopped

Mix until thickened. Pour over cheese layer. Sprinkle pistachio on top. Chill. Top with Cool Whip.
