- 1/2 C. Rice with 1 tsp. Salt, cooked until tender
- 2 Eggs, slightly beat
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 3 C. Milk
- Cinnamon or Nutmeg
- Butter
Combine rice, eggs, sugar, and milk then pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
