Grandma’s Rhubarb Torte

Crust

  • 1 C. Flour
  • 1/4 lb. Butter
  • 5 tbsp. Powdered Sugar

Mix together and spread in greased 9″ x 13″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Filling

  • 3 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2. C. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 C. Flour
  • 3/4 tsp. Baking Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3/4 C. Rhubarb, finely chopped

Mix well and spread over baked crust. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
