• 2 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Karo Syrup
  • 1/2 C. Water

Mix and boil to hard ball/brittle stage.

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 C. Chopped Nuts

Beat stiff with high speed mixer. Pour bubbling syrup over egg whites, beating all the while. Beat until mixture loses its shine. Add vanilla and chopped nuts. Turn out onto buttered pan, or drop from spoon.
