- 1 1/2 lb. Fresh Broccoli, or 1 10 oz. package Frozen Broccoli
- 1 C. Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 C. Sour Cream
- 1/4 C. Grated Carrots
- 1 tbsp. Grated Onion
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 3/4 C. Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
- 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
Prepare broccoli and cut up into 1″ pieces. Cook stalks in salted water for 5 minutes. Add flowerettes and cook 5 minutes longer (or prepare frozen broccoli according to package directions). Drain. Blend soup and flour. Add sour cream, carrots, onions, and salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli and place in casserole. Combine stuffing with butter. Sprinkle around edge of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
