Knackebrod
- 2 C. Buttermilk
 - 3 C. Oatmeal
 - 1 C. Crisco
 - 1 tsp. Baking Soda
 - 1/2 C. Sugar
 - 1 tsp. Salt
 - 3 C. Flour
 
Add oatmeal to buttermilk and let stand. Mix in remaining ingredients. May add more flour to roll out very thin. Roll out onto a board covered with whole wheat flour. Roll out very thinly by using a grooved rolling pin. Bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet.
