Crust
- 1 C. Flour
- 1/2 C. Margarine, melted
- 1/2 C. Nuts, chopped
Mix with fork and press into 9″ x 13″ cake pan. Bake 15 minutes and 350 degrees. Cool.
Cheese Layer
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 C. Powered Sugar
- 1 C. Cool Whip
Combine and spread over cooled crust.
Pudding Layer
- 2 packages Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 3 C. Cold Milk
- 1/2 C. Pistachio, chopped
Mix until thickened. Pour over cheese layer. Sprinkle pistachio on top. Chill. Top with Cool Whip.
