- 1 lb. Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 C. Sugar
- 3 C. Flour
- 1 C. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 C. Almonds, finely chopped
Mix together. Roll into small balls and pat down. Brush with egg whites and sprinkle on nuts. Bake at 350 degrees.
