Crust
- 20 Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1/4 lb. Butter, melted
- 1/4 C. Sugar
Mix and save 1 cup for crumb topping. Press into 9″ x 13″ pan.
Filling
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 can Blueberry Pie filling
Cream eggs, cheese, and sugar. Pour over crust. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate. Top with crumbs and whipped cream. Refrigerate.
